    FORMER Prime Minister PJ Patterson is continuing his call for the exploration of marijuana’s (ganja) economic benefits.

    "It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

    The question of are you allowed to turn on red is usually left to your license plate indicating your point of origin.Tourists that have access ti weed in their country should be able to access ours in keeping with accomodating them and recognizing the usual suspects objecting no longer has any moral authority to do so.
    We are the last to react,I do not think a former PM is the best person to advocate...but there are merits to what PJ is saying.

      Where was his advocacy before,when he moved with musicians that openly burnt weed the skatalittes ?...the 70s black power socialist movement,the JLP crack fueled 80s, the bankrupt PNP 90s ,the garrisonized- JFJ late 90s to present 2k morally/economically bankrupt JLPNP ?
