If say you draw $5K cash outta di bank, and dont have paper proof of why you did it, dem seize it and it get dropped in dem budget/coffers. Is hell to get it back even when yuh come later with paperwork. Worse if you cross state lines.

One bredda oleff di country 20 years ago and dem raid him account and tek out 7 large, essentially closing his VA account without his knowledge. Ongly when him get payments declined 6 months later did the Bank tell him. Apparently illegal for the State Tax authorities to do, but nobody stopping them and dem running amok to gather funds to try (in vain) to balance dem budget. -
