the interestng thing is the torture did not disclose any information ..... NOW is this the lesser of the 2 (we)evils? because if it had, would that information now be suspect and if used, the use of it would be tainted?!! just musing ....

Yes that's indeed an interesting hypothetical....made even more interesting since corrupt political elements are falsely claiming that the torture worked in ferreting out plots.

Obviously doing so to hoodwink the largely dumb public into supporting their criminality.
