  • I seem to remember that when I posted that I am racist

there was a steering clear of the idea. I think I suggested we were all racist on outlook (OK? ...if I did I did not say "on outlook". I think that would not be my way...as I do believe we all are racist but it is merely a matter of 'outlook' and 'degree'!)...

    - The new threat: 'Racism without racists' - http://www.cnn.com/2014/11/26/us/fer...r-racial-bias/

What can we do about changing the outlook on race for the better awareness of selves and better relations with others of different races?

...and I can also truthfully say, in the context of acknowledging I am racist, that I am not a racist!!! How is that for describing myself on this topic?

Take one of these tests to confirm your thoughts. "Skin-tone" or "Race" may be applicable.

Fair enough. The tests are, maybe, simply an indicator of how we think. At the end of the day we should know ourselves.

          Yup!

...essentially, people have to be deliberate about inclusion. We can't think it will all change by osmosis. It may, but it would take too long. Human beings tend to cling to those who look most like them; the family first, then the tribe. It won't happen 'naturally', so people of good will have to go out of their way to make it happen.
