        OK! ...but you do realise that Wilson would be up the creek even with all his friends shaping the circumstances of the shooting as it would be no I thought he was reaching for a a gun out of the waist of his 'elastic' held up pants. If ever there was a pathetic excuse that was one.

          would there still be illegal guns around? could a cop claim to think that someone had an illegal gun and so that is why he fired? if it is later found out that there is no gun, would that have changed anything?
