  • This legal or lawyerly ganja debate in the USA

Will show that African American lawyers are in the majority, especialy in the prosecutorial role of it being decriminalized or legalized , why ?

Could it be they have witnessed and been a part of this human rights abuse that have seen their brothers and sisters , thrown in a system that has chopped them up into nothing at a disproportional rate to caucasins ?

Why is it people of color in the carribbean esp Jamaica, could not advocate along same lines given that it had the same affect along class lines ?

We sat on the sidelines and were comfortable in silence our human rights org, were embarrasing, except for an english caucasian barrister residing in Jamaica , true we had HEROES like CHEVANNES and MD HICKLING and His son, that called a spade a spade and of course Rasta.

I am embarrsaed every time this topic comes up amongst peers, we should be leaders.Thank God for those HEROES .

Just my morning venting forgive the typos in a rush.
THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.
