National Education Inspectorate identifies ‘emerging good’ schools

THE National Education Inspectorate (NEI) has identified 32 primary, junior high and high schools that are on their way to being classified as "good schools".
In its latest report, the NEI described the institutions as "emerging good" because they scored high in the areas of instructional leadership and in students' progress in learning the core subjects of English language and mathematics. The list was compiled following the inspection over time of 803 schools, which represents 84 per cent of all public schools.
