Rockman not trying to speak for the local chapter but it is entirely acceptable in their eyes to have a female speaker at an all male dinner. She is speaking to the membership. Also, KC has had a female Principal she served in an acting capacity.

There are legal/financial rules that restrict non profit organizations in the business they may pursue and how revenue & expenses are accounted for .
