So why yuh had to throw up such a dated article? Of course people go missing today but at least now yuh don't have a whole community that works together to hide such activities.

Yes, it was a dated article. However, nothing really has changed in Jamaica.

          America's Missing

          BY David Krajicek

          2,300 a Day

Reports of missing persons have increased sixfold in the past 25 years, from roughly 150,000 in 1980 to about 900,000 this year. The increase was driven in part by the country's growing population. But the numbers also indicate that law enforcement treats the cases more seriously now, including those of marginalized citizens.

An astounding 2,300 Americans are reported missing every day, including both adults and children.

Ok, we can kinda agree there because, even though crime has plummetted since Dudus, it is still crazy high and I don't see enough being done to really bring it down to sensible levels.

It is being undercounted now or has it always been undercounted?

Do you know what the real story is? Are we actually experiencing more murders since Dudus' departure?

Oh the heady days when criminals went to report to police stations.
