      Attract more foreign investors by doubling the airline's airport fees? Does n't this mean that airfares will rise?
      The same type of thinking that created a problem cannot be used to solve the problem.

        Mi think Dr. Phillips did say the worst is gone, two years ago??? What more taxes to meet targets??? where is the economic growth????
