So where is the mass-based IT solution for yutes? Where will the IT industry training and (very critical!) certification come from?
2 week IT sessions or summer camps are very positive... but won't move the development needle.. Where is the structured, ongoing IT development plan for yutes?????

“So therefore you need a healthier and more educated and more productive population that people can think about new types of businesses of which they can probably employ themselves in. Things like information communication technology, things like animation, developing applications for computers; these are things that a more educated population can actually employ themselves,” the PIOJ head told the Observer.
