    I am soooo happy that the good Reverend included, at length, the role that WE Blacks play in our own success and self-respect. The issue of Black on Black crime, the role of the Family and other personal responsibilities.....>>>>>>

          WE Blacks need to take more self responsibility for our development.

          One of the complaint I hear is that they are not employed. That no one wants to employ them.

          From my experience, there is a large % of young Black men who are unemployable. They do not possess any of the basic soft-skills that an employer needs.....>>>>>
