  • I told you so ,the ganja angle in Micheal Browns case

Michael Brown was shot in the head and chest multiple times, according to Mary Case, the St. Louis County medical examiner.

While Case declined to comment further, citing the ongoing investigation into Brown’s death, another person familiar with the county’s investigation told The Washington Post that Brown had between six and eight gunshot wounds and was shot from the front.

In addition, Brown had marijuana in his system when he was shot and killed by a police officer on Aug. 9 in Ferguson, according to this person, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the ongoing investigation.

Classic, criminalise, dehumanise and justify ...ganja.So the spin is ganja had him in a schizophrenic, addictive rage and the cop acted appropriately.Guilliani used this to justify Dorsiman killing by an undercover cop, thing is Dorsiman was not using ganja at the time,he had moved passed that youthful stage , was employed working and chasing away an undercover cop,who pestered him for a sale, but no his youthful history with that association was used by the Mayor and the NYPD to crucify/justify the man killing.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

Only some of us still consider Giuliani's reign of terror as successful. Mawnin HL!

Responding to the NYPD's excuse that a black youth, shot in the back and killed during that reign of terror, had a criminal record, Hero Al Sharpton said he was not wearing that record on his back at the time of his murder.

“Very important with marijuana is the levels of the different drugs that are present in marijuana to have an opinion as to whether or not he might have been affected by the marijuana,” he said, “so that he may have been acting in a crazy way and may have done things to the police officer that normally he would not have done.”

What neither Van Susteren nor Baden mentioned is that THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, can stay in a person’s body up to 40 days after its use. So even if the medical examiner did detect the drug in Brown’s system, it does not mean he was necessarily intoxicated at the time. Not to mention the fact that marijuana is not known to be a violence-inducing drug.

Do you think Al Sharpton has done more than Giuliani to make NYC much more pleasant place to live?

Even for black NYC residents to live?

I take it as a given that BOTH have contributed even as BOTH have made very bad decisions relating to NYC crime and violence issues.

Willi they simply proposed a theory, some of which was based on bad calculations. The results are by no means conclusive.

But Messrs Foote and Goetz have inspected the authors' computer code and found the controls missing. In other words, Messrs Donohue and Levitt did not run the test they thought they had—an “inadvertent but serious computer programming error”, according to Messrs Foote and Goetz

Fixing that error reduces the effect of abortion on arrests by about half, using the original data, and two-thirds using updated numbers.

                But there is more.

Whatever negatives people throw at Sharpton, the positives far out weigh the negatives , in that he was there , a voice , when others were not and silent.

Speaking up goes a far way in my book.

Sharpton has never celebrated anyone's death.

                    Does that answer your question?
