You live in Switzerland, so this might be shocking to you, but for anyone who has lived in the U.S. for the last 20 years, especially the last 10, the reaction would likely be "what's new", & coming from someone like Ted Nugent is definitely no surprise....and this "character" has thousands of "followers" who listen to him daily & support him.
