Sure, that certainly needs to be done. My point is that it is not a "simple" thing to fix. Takes expertise, money and planning none of which we are known to have in abdundance.

Kingston and St.Andrew is a beast as they have made it run down. Weren't Jamaica going to get some loan a few years ago to bring water from St.Thomas and St. Catherine to boost the water supply in Kingston???

Yep, St Thomas been having big problems. Most of the south coast in fact.
