    JAMAICA'S plan to decriminalise small amounts of ganja later this year has impressed delegates at a conference on Drug Policy and Human Rights now underway in Budapest, Hungary.

    "Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.


    "It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

    The Mary Jane seduced Bob as it has countless users,infact the spike in users occurred well after Bob died,there is absolutely no correlation.
    Palliative care is the key...,the drugs now in use are faaar more potent.
    Seems the consensus is full legalization,if that is the case then farmers need not register to grow,only to tap into the market.
    I am weary of our Govt......
