We have not heard anything on this recently. Do you know if the project is still on?
It is really a tough call for government. On one hand, Jamaica need this project to bring in income for government as well as provide jobs for people. Then there is the preservation of the environment. China not going anywhere. Jamaica is what you call PRIME location.
Leave the eco site and develop Kingston.
Move people outta Riverton and Waterford and raise that Causeway by 40meters or more....Comment
