Maybe he didn't go to the hospital, or maybe the police are covering it up for some reason. Or maybe there is some sensationalism going on. Don't know.

Wonder if the attackers were gay??? There have been instances where this have been done to "destroy/dehumanize" males. It's also done quite often in the prison system, that's one of the reasons why homosexuals, rapists, child molesters, celebrities, "snitches", etc. are often times put in segregation.
