Now that VA long lasting - more than 20 year old - problem?
Why is it that there is no word on 'industry standards' - medical industry standards on patient care?
- Patient(s) to medical professional(s) ratio?
- Number of hospital beds needed to adequately serve the VA population and 'build out' for say the next 5 years?
- No of facilities needed? ...and where they should be?
- Funds needed to adequately service the needs when 'industry standards' are the base-lines?
- Congress' funding or lack thereof as such adequate delivery demands?
...and solutions attempted over the past 20 years? ...so-suh firing or resignations of VA Secretaries? ...or whatever? ...so what are the real reasons the problems have not been fixed?
