Why would you make that determination ? You need to listen to the clips I have posted , its balance as to the pros and cons of Africa development, not exclusive to the new interest by the chinese , the common theme in it all to me is that every one wants to exclusively dominate Africa,Africa like Jamaica does itself a disservice when it alings itself to a particular exclusive group, be it european, american or chinese.
