Rocky nobody is asking Portia to be a PHD in finance but what we expect her to do is grasp the concept of what her government is trying to accomplish and properly explain it to people. We don't expect her in every interview to pass of the question to one minister or another or shy away from complex or not so complex matter.
I try to keep away from this topic but I use to hate to see George Bush on the TV, but man Portia need to do better. It certainly don't look good. I tried to listen to part of her Budget presentation yesterday and it was very hard.
