              It's quite simple yuteman..

Clearly the JA power market is not attractive. Previous regimes have failed to bring on credible partners since Marubeni... and the procurement processes have been shambolic... actually embarrassing

The last open tender for power generation attracted an odd mixture of charlatans & neophytes... that's all we're left with

The proof that Jamaica's power market is NOT attractive is demonstrated by the neophyte and charlatan bidders emerging in the last tender... your yappin notwithstanding

As I said yute... both PNP & JLP regimes have failed to "bring on" new & credible partners adding to the grid...since Marubeni. That's self evident

The Exmar bid collapsed in a cloud of suspicion of corruption...as well as govt bungling.

The JLP energy portfolio was a disaster. Every few months there was a new minister and a new plan...LNG..CNG...Coal...back to LNG.

                      Shambolic buffoonery

That deal collapsed in the cloud of a conflict of interest scandal AKA corruption and GOJ bungling. I believe even Gelding was so alarmed at the fallout that he removed Robertson from the project

In the 4 years of the Gelding regime how many energy ministers were named?? 3 or 4?? How many plans with different power sources were floated?? 3 or 4???

Not a good look Ben... Shambolic
