I am not telling you anything...the facts of the case are that the data used in court was extracted from Kartel's phone...the control CD from Digicel that would verify if the data taken from the phone was accurate, mysteriously got misplaced by the State...they lost it...so even if the police didn't tamper with the evidence, there is no way to verify the authenticity as the State lost the control CD...Lizard's phone was sending text messages saying that he was in Havendale when the Digicel cell records have the phone in Portmore

Just trying to understand how much weight should be given to the sysoectevidence.
Kartel phone being illegally accessed has nothing to do with Lizards phone.
Chow actually walked in Lizard's shoes,his fears mirrowed Lizard's.
It is thw testimony of Chow that they were summoned to Kartel property to be interrogated for the missing shoes placed in their careby Kartel.He felt anxiety abd fear.He determined imminent danger so he escaped.What is in those texts that are not substantiated by Chow?
The same way you were privy to the info.....,the defence attorneys made sure the jurors were too,are you placing undue emphasis on the suspect evidence when the jurors didn't?

the State's digital forensic expert said that he could not vouch for the authenticity of the phone data as unauthorized police personel accessed the phone before he was able to extract the data...nothing taken from the phone should have been introduced as evidence and I believe the appeals court will agree on that point...the case should have gone ahead without that information introduced...Chow said that he and Lizard went to the house in the taxi...Digicel cell tower records put Lizard's phone texting from Portmore when Chow said he was in Havendale...that matches Shawn Storm's claim that Lizard exited the taxi at a guesthouse in Portmore
