That organization seems to come together in forgein where they are free to express themselves,where they have access to resources on an even footing.Resources denied to them in Jamaica by of course criminalising them.

These solution can't be government imposed, especially in Jamaica. You have to educate the people and motivate them rather than using political goons to impose this. One way is to make College student, a part of their course to go in and work with communities in their areas of studies to develop ways forward and this is apart of their graduation status and provide HEART trainees to assist.

Why do you believe Rastas dont have a plan,like everyone else , you think business have a unified plan ? NO! They all have an aim to make money ,how they organise and sell that product is their individual plan, all Rastas need is a fair shake.

Making the money is not just in planting herb but by processing it and selling it like most of our product, like Coffee that we give away the green been for "tupance" plus, I would advice you to go back and listen Iman post of Shaggy interview on Chris Blackwell and other producers.

Yes rasta as been good at creative Arts and other thing but they have not bee great of producing in mass or marketing their product. Oppression is one thing but so too is a culture that is not into technology and doesn't adapt to changes very fast, as you often here of "sellout" "Babylon" etc. to any change to the norm. Also rasta's Primary motive is not money and you have money as their sole motive in this Herb thing.

If this is what you are trying to say ...if you fail to plan ,then you plan to fail...we agree....What you need to do is look at Rastas deprivation in historical context on how they planned to succeed and how it was denied to them.Then you can present whatever issues you have with Rastas as not being organised.
