QUESTION: USD$ Are OK Anywhere In JA, What About Euros?

One of my Facebook friends from Karlsruhe is seriously considering a trip to Jamaica. He asked me about the money there, I told him US dollars are accepted almost everywhere in Jamaica, but I don't know about euros.

I told him the resorts will gladly accept euros, but I don't know how well euros
are accepted on the streets.

Can anyone please help?
