AOL cuts benefits, blames Obamacare

AOL became the latest company to blame Obamacare for cutting back on employee benefits.

The tech firm will now pay its 401(k) company match only to employees who are active on Dec. 31 of that year, as opposed to in their paychecks throughout the year. So those who leave the company before the end of the year will forfeit the match.

This CEO is unbelievably dishonest. In no way could Obamacare have had anything to do with the company having a $1 million health care cost.

In fact i suspect he is lying about that too because I have never heard of any halfway decent healthcare plan that would not cover situations such as a distressed pregnancy.

Good one by Jay...and Obama himself has given the truth to that assertion when he should not have done so.

Just think on it - If you are deserving of $1,000.00 but were ignorant of that fact and instead was 'lovingly' given $500.00...you would like it...and keep it (as well as keep liking it).

However, if you were then told you deserved another $500.00 and told you can not collect that sum...would you continue to be 'in love' with only $500.00" and forego the additional $500.00 (not love having $1000.00)?

...and would 'loving' that just realized 'new $1000.00' equate not 'loving' the 'old $500.00'?

What Obama said could be interpreted as 'On realizing the greater 'offers'/benefits in your new plan, you would now 'hate'/not like the old plan'. Right?
