Taken from a cabinet document.. this was part of the introduction.. I was going to read the full document but did not get further than this..
How can a country in the post medieval age take 10 years to 'explore the option of natural gas' ?!!
I can only imagine the optimistic ramblings in the paper.. is a pity DonUno was not around on the forum but I am sure he was waving pom poms at the press clippings.. 'Natural Gas coming Soon !'
