Residents protest death of man at police station

KINGSTON, Jamaica -- A large group of residents Monday morning staged a protest in front of the Darling Street Police Station, downtown Kingston.
The residents say they are angry over the death of a resident from Tivoli Gardens, identified as Oshane Dotlin, at the police station over the weekend.
"Them (police) arrest the youth Saturday for a spliff (ganja cigarette) and today we come hear say him dead, police a say him hang himself, lie them a tell!" a woman angrily declared.
