Singapore is an island...it's shoreline is multiples of the KMR's which is quite small and mostly comprised of a sand spit .... unless someone wants to spend US$1Billion or two and years to create artificial islands with sea defences in the KMR coastal zone...like Dubai

The Kgn harbor is large but that's not especially relevant since unfortunately the available shoreline acreage is almost non-existent as it's almost completely occupied.... but you could forcibly expel people as di Chiney dem do...level say from Greenwich Farm to Half-Way Tree, all West Kingston & Downtown.... an create couple thousand acre well... yuh ready fi dat yute??

Sarry..but even wid dat yuh still wudda short bout 15 square miles (even wid Caymanas) fi hold decent global facilities
