Its not a fair process for the guys who try to do the right thing also. Sometimes they make up stories about domestic abuse to get the man out of his own home etc, and judges melt like butter.

In principle though, I believe that if you never supported you child financially and they had to depend on the state for support, you should have to cover some of those costs if you strike it rich. Why should the taxpayer have to bear that burden.
