  • Was there any doubt regarding this ?

Anyone with a semblance of critical thinking skills sight dis rake lang time..

<Many of the buildings which once housed thriving businesses are now occupied by destitute squatters, an all-too-common feature of the country's commercial capital. But Seymour is convinced that the situation has been allowed to fester owing in large measure to a lack of political will, or as he puts it, political fear - the fear of losing votes.>

Ronnie Thwaites, like all of us, at times puts his foot...

        ...into his mouth.

        Very respectful of gunmen

        Indeed?

Surely he could have expressed himself in a different way
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."

              what is profiling ??

<Both violent crime and property crimes are greatly influenced by causal factors in the physical and social environment. A neighborhood’s physical conditions and the social dynamics are among the primary reasons why crime occurs in very specific neighborhoods one generation after another. Urban blight and decay are now widely recognized as invitations to violent and property crimes. This is often referred to as the Broken Windows Theory, introduced by James Wilson and George Kelling in the early 1980s.>

If you disagree.. please feel free to expound..
