              seaga defaulted on some loans, audley shaw had financial issues (went on to become minister of finance) etc...

                mismanagement of finances is different...one of the taxes the company has failed to pay is Education tax...that means they are withholding from the employees pay and not turning it over to the government...that is fraud

                            You prefer tax delinquent then?

                            Still owing tax is one thing. Withholding tax from peoples salary and not paying it over is quite another. Many small business inna JA guilty of that.
