Alpha Boys' School, situated along South Camp Road in Kingston, has, over the years, earned the reputation of being the nursery for some of Jamaica's greatest musical legends.
Names like Don Drummond, Tommy McCook, Lester Sterling, Johnny 'Dizzy' Moore, Lennie Hibbert, Sparrow Martin, Yellowman and Leroy Smart, are just a few that come readily to mind whenever the name Alpha Boys' School is mentioned.
