    Willi i know of a time when the teachers spoke of the schools as "our schools" and the pupils as "our children"...and, defended jealously "their possessions/schools and their children".

    These quoted reps have moved to 'a fi dem pickney an fi dem school'. Perhaps, you remember those former years?

    Needed teachers with the 'mind-set' of those past

              Yup,

              But it was a 2 way street.

              Parents and pupils now physically threaten teachers.
