        That's a cross dresser ? is'nt he wearing a shirt and pants ? the pants might be tight ( is he part of the tight pants crew) but that is man clothes.

        Or is it a woman dressed as a man ?

          well they said he was gay! Unless the youth confirm it, I'll say cross dresser as the first article I read said he was dressed as a woman.
