Genocide is the wrong word.

It is not life that is being eliminated...it is free consciousness!

Sort of like a neutron bomb...eliminate the people, but preserve the fixed assets (shell).

'Life' is being eliminated.. it would acutally be better if you literally ended these lives before letting them loose in a world in the 21st century woefully unprepared... I remind you of the TRUE story about the Soldier in the Tenament yard..

Physically they are still alive, but the consciousness dead.

Its like a cancer cell. It is still alive but functionally useless. Only exists to hog resources, spread wildly and cause general mayhem to the healthy tissue that are unfortunate enough to be in striking dstance.
