It is supposed to be targeted towards low income families who can then add-on gradually over time. That I understand since there seems to be some lot space for that, but at a $4M JA starting price who in that income bracket can afford the base unit? I mean they are pre-fabricated as well so that should have brought down construction costs.
I would be interested to hear Mosiahs or Bricktops opinion on this.

I have seen smaller hotel rooms in DC and New York City.
