Confirmed: Person of Interest named after major ammo find at Kingston Wharves

Police have named Oniel Shrouder.of a Manchester address, as a person of interest as they launch a high level investigation into a major ammunition find at the Kingston Wharves yesterday. Around 2 pm, members of the Customs Enforcement Team (CET) at the Kingston Wharves, detected a barrel with suspicious items and during a search a machine that produces and reloads ammunition along with 3,300 warheads (projectiles) was found. The police were then summoned. Shrouder is being asked to turn himself into the police by midday, for questioning as the police probe the incident.
