I think you are right about that but I don't think Jamaican votes alone can win this.
The Voice iTunes ranking also has an interesting twist to it, if the song ends up in the Top 10 on the chart when voting closes they multiply the iTunes votes by 5.

As I said earlier I don't think Tessanne will win but she is definitely the best singer in the competition in my book.
