I think Gordon Ramsey would do more justice in presenting a Jamaican dish.
This is fraud. All Jamaicans like their meats browned. (Properly browned and fully cooked.)
The British are not known for culinary skills. (They even change the basic taste of Kentucky Fried Chicken). Bland like hell!!The only time TRUTH will hurt you...is if you ignore it long enough
