Law was passed for heavy sound systems to be removed from minivans. sometimes law was passed for dark tints from transport.

Why can't these simply laws be enforced?

Bwoy we certainly make everything look hard in Jamaica.

Don't let negative things break you, instead let it be your strength, your reason for growth. Life is for living and I won't spend my life feeling cheated and downtrodden.

They also had a zero tolerance ban on such things.
