    Susan Rice did not receive the nomination as US Secretary of State.

    Rices' credentials are impeccable...but with all that is currently taking place, John Kerry appear to be a stronger fit ....IMO.
    The only time TRUTH will hurt you...is if you ignore it long enough

      Look at the back-ground at both individuals.

        Please HL, I'm sure Karl was not referring to race.

        I too wanted to know how you arrived by that assessment but I know with you it's a feelings thing.
