Do we blame the ganja ? Greg Christie revisted , I believe he turned over 40 cases for prosecution , one made the dpp list and it has yet to go anywhere.THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!
"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.
"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

you think there was going to be criminal charges???
There is no evidence he did it for personal gain, but the approach was wrong and especially for a minister.- Don't let negative things break you, instead let it be your strength, your reason for growth. Life is for living and I won't spend my life feeling cheated and downtrodden.

Sass, Sass, Sassm doesn't have to be gain ,but the approach if it broke the law, needs a sanction.
No ganja in this philosophy.THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

What reasons did Azan give for doing it? Read the ports - axzan was trying to help the people//per him
Did the contractor intend to make a profit or only recover his cost? - Contractor stated he was trying to make back his money...if you want to call his labor cost profit then I would assume he was trying to make that as well.
Did Azan secretary ever turned over any of the payments to the contractor? - I would assume so since the contractor said he was turning over all the money collected to the Parish Council.
By the way, what law did Azan break? Just a question since I'm not sure if he circumvent a process/policy or a law.
Is it a law that if there is a contract to build these shops they need to get approval by the PArish Council....Please note tha law and government policies are diferent
From my understanding, he breached procedures and not a law so please correct me if I'm wrong.Last edited by Karl; September 27, 2013, 05:29 PM.
