A 66-year Colombian man was forced to have his penis amputated after he overdosed on Viagra. After intentionally overdosing to impress his girlfriend, his erection lasted several days, and his penis was fractured and gangrene set in.
His penis was amputated to prevent the gangrene from spreading to the rest of his body.
