Portia promises transparency and accountability

NEWLY installed Prime Minister Portia Simpson- Miller, promised to lead a government that will be driven by the tenets of transparency and accountability.
"Our approach must be to right the wrongs and insist on accountability. Jamaicans want a more transparent and accountable government and should accept nothing less," she said.
During her inaugural speech on the lawns of Kings House, Simpson Miller also pledged to reject government extravagance and corruption.
