    Another problem is that mental illness starts coming out in your teen years early adult hood the same time they start experimenting and ganja like cigarettes and alcohol is on that list.So its difficult to see a cause or Link unless you criminalize them jail or treatment then you can argue along Gomes path.

      No problem . reject your government recommendation on decriminalising , see the Master President Nixon : Schaffer report , see the mulitple reports by the master that has passed bias studies.

            They credit it with getting them out of the recession ,colorados population is 5 million , Jamaicas is 3 million or 2.5 million .

            Do the math.I challenge anyone to do a cost effective analysis/comparable study on institutionalising a youth for ganja to educating one at UWI, it would show billions being wasted

                American can afford this economic schizophrenic policy, a mean any nation that can afford 3 wars at the same time , War on drugs , Irag and Afgahnistan can waste that money well could post 08 recession reality bit in , they started the common sense approcah decriminalise , those who need treatment give it to them!
