China-Jamaican relations should not be limited to economic partnership only, but call for more collaboration on many global issues such as climate change, visiting Jamaican Prime Minister said on Friday, October 23rd 2013.
Portia Simpson-Miller, 68, who is on a six-day official visit to China from Tuesday, held separate talks with President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang.
As Jamaica’s only and first female prime minister, Simpson-Miller was ranked by Time magazine as among its “100 Most Influential Persons in the World” in 2012.
