The problem here is I, unlike you, am not talking about uplifting Whites or Chinese. Consequently I have an academic interest in tracking what Whites or Chinese do... but I don't need to adopt their heroes as my own since that doesn't help my mission in my opinion.

The mission is to assist Black persons... those who require upliftment. Such persons will not be inspired by some alien Chinese or White person who is disdainful of them.

Consequently Marcus is both culturally effective with the subject group AND intellectually sound in business philosophies
