This was caught on tape...it was clear as day...the kid was not resisting...one officer had a knee in his head and the killer cop had his knee in his back...he was face down on the ground...there was no need to tase him...and the killer cop is caught earlier on camera with his hand on his taser which was on his right hip...no way he accidentally pulled his gun, which was on his left hip and shoots the kid in his back...1 year in jail for murder?Comment
