If you can't establish that then you don't have a case. Simply. The officer met and decided to drop the case as there wasn't enough evidence and then change his mind??? Why didn't he stand firm??? Why didn't he made sure the man a bribe him??

Yes there is corruption in high places but how you a go root it out if your police force is part of the problem and officers don't establish their cases?

The fact is the police officer did a very poor job. I don't support corruption and I don't support crucifying people for who they are. If you are going to charge someone you make sure you have the evidence to back it up. Simple.

Police can't lock up people because they "feel" or they "think". This officer simply need to learn to communicate properly. I have a mind to think and that is what lead me to my opinion so thanks but no thanks for your agenda.

While I know some on this forum think every Jamaican businessman is corrupt, guilty or not, it is not the case. It is on the authorities to make a solid case and as if you can't see the police didn't do that so be it. Up to now the police is not sure if the man offered him a bribe or not???? LOL.
